its all about the view

i took Bubsy with me to Ross today. as a short insert to the story, let me just say that i love that store. end insert.

we went looking for shoes. this is quite the ordeal with a child who has a panic attack every time a shoelace falls out of 'place'. as if they really have one. honestly, why couldn't this child have taken after my set of genes? that's besides the point. it is fun, don't get me wrong. its just that where i would normally assume half an hour as the child trys on every fun looking pair of shoes can run closer to an hour simply to try on a selective two pair of shoes. whee!

after close inspection, the winner has been chosen. spiderman! can i get a WOOT-WOOT!

he rocks in a 4 year olds world. and according to Bubsy these shoes help him do many things. he runs faster. he bounces (no, not jumps, bounces...) higher. and for heavens sake, can you not see how much cooler spiderman makes him?! possibilities have become endless, insurmountable tasks have become easy-cheesy and in Bubsy's world, he is now a superhero.

i wish i had his shoes. i love him.
