blue heaven...

there is a simple thing that one can do to uplift the spirit, create change, wipe the slate and exercise the mind... paint. at least this is true for me. i love to paint, its easy and simple when its four walls, top to bottom. so easy that my kids love to help. its therapeutic to my soul and i'm learning that to love my soul is to set free my own personal bonds. freedom in a brush...
